SAT, 14.12. BERSARIN QUARTETT
Das Bersarin Quartett ist ein musikalisches Alter Ego des Münsteraners Thomas Bücker. Er veröffentlicht seit 1998 unter dem Namen Jean-Michel elektronische Musik bei dem Label Eleganz. Nach zwei Beiträgen auf den Electronica-Unplugged-Kompilationen des Netlabels Aerotone 2006 und 2007 unter dem Namen Bersarin Quartett erschien 2008 unter selbigem Namen ein postrockiges Ambientalbum, das insgesamt sehr gute Kritiken einfahren konnte. Mit Unterstützung an Bass und Schlagzeug durch Teile der Band Racquets spielte das Bersarin Quartett als Trio ab 2011 auch Konzerte. Im April 2012 erschien das zweite Album „II“. Nikolai Erastowitsch Bersarin war der erste sowjetische Stadtkommandant von Berlin (1945). Nach ihm ist der Bersarinplatz in Berlin-Friedrichshain benannt, welcher wiederum vermutlich als Namensgeber für das Bersarin Quartett diente.

Das ist dann wohl doch etwas überteuert. Die Musik gibts weitaus günstiger. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.
