Graphic novel artists Rahsan Ekedal & Rufus Dayglo will discuss their work, with some behind-the-scenes glimpses, Q&A and a short brain-storming session with the audience.
Rahsan Ekedal is an artist best known for his work on the hit comic book series The Tithe and Think Tank, and the Harvey Award nominated graphic novel Echoes. He has illustrated a variety of titles for Image Comics and Top Cow Productions, Dark Horse Comics, DC Vertigo Comics, and Boom! Entertainment. He also works as a storyboard and concept artist for film and television companies such as Al-Ghanim Entertainment and Disney XD. Rahsan studied illustration at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
Rufus Dayglo is a comics artist working for 2000 AD and Titan Books in the United Kingdom. Surrounded by pencils, awash in ink, sipping lukewarm coffee, and still vaguely keeping to deadline Dayglo is the artist responsible for relaunching TANK GIRL. His new series Last Gang in Town will be starting this December.
