After his first offering from this EP went down very well with all that received it. We are now bringing you a fabulous 5 track EP from Couza. These bring a brilliant scope of this young talent who we believe will be one of the ones to watch in 2022.
Dj Couza (Bongani Zweni) is a producer/DJ from Rammulotsi Township in Viljoenskroon in the Free State Province. He acquired his skills from years of producing music at his bedroom studio at home. After years of practice he started exploring and collaborated with a lot of local artists with his styles of Soulful House.
Late 2017 DJ Couza decided to go solo and produced a double disc titled CV Joint (Music in Motion)” this Double disc features a lot of artists including some international names.. He has also worked with artists like Chosen, Knight SA, Deep Sen, Audiology, Dindy, Akhona, Deep Consoul, Newton, Sjopa, Coco Mvume, Major P, Buddynice from The GodFathers of Deep House and Who De Warrior.
In 2018 he released the CouWorld EP that opened up a larger audience in South Africa and he recently released Social Spheres EP that’ gain has been heard all over the country – a real breakthrough.
He is consistently releasing superb deep vocal house independently and the CouWorld tag is very prevalent. This has caused quite a rumble. Walking don’t the road in Rammulotsi Township and many other parts of SA you can hear cars blasting out his music and this just shows that this young man is ready for a wider audience.
