Vom Spandauer Keller-Experiment zu einer treibenden Kraft in kontemporärem Techno: Einen Aufstieg wie ihn die FJAAK Jungs hingelegt haben ist selten zu beobachten. Mit elf Singles & EPs, zwei Alben und diversen Gastbeiträgen zu Compilations können FJAAK trotz noch relativ junger Karriere schon auf eine Diskographie zurückblicken die sich gewaschen hat. Man weiß nie wirklich was einen als nächstes erwartet wenn sie an ihrem Gerätepark House, Techno, Breakbeat, Ambient, Electronica oder völlig unkategorisierbare Tracks fabrizieren. Nur eine Sache ist sicher: Dancefloors werden (fast) immer auf ihre Kosten kommen wenn FJAAK Tracks laufen. Berühmt-berüchtigt ist auch ihre pulverisierte Liveshow, welche die Jungs schon auf der ganzen Welt zur Schau gegeben haben. Nenne einen namhaften Club auf der Welt und es ist ziemlich sicher das FJAAK da schon mal den Dancefloor planiert haben. Der wahrscheinlich beste Instagram Account im Netz sorgt obendrauf noch dafür das jede Party überläuft sobald die Jungs ihre Sampler, Drum Machines & Effektgeräte aufbauen.

From a Spandau-Basement experiment to a now well established force in contemporary techno: The rise of the smoked out musicians that go by the name of FJAAK has been nothing short of spectacular so far. With eleven singles & EPs, two albums and a couple of compilation appearances under their belt, FJAAK can look back on a large discography (compared to their still relatively young ages) that
packs quite a punch. Easily moving through House, Techno, Rave, Ambient & Breakbeat, one can only wonder what they will release next. The only thing guaranteed: It will always move a dancefloor. Clubs of this world are familiar with FJAAK. They’ve taken their pulverizing live show across the whole world and played in every club worth mentioning. Their strong Instagram (possibly the best
in the game) has lifted them onto the radar of every weed head on the planet, making sure every show is packed out.
