UK duo Versus make their Marylebone Records debut with Ain’t No Stopping: a floor-filling, upfront house record with vocals from Ola and backed up with a remix by Phonix.

Versus are blazing a trail through the British club scene and beyond, having already clocked up releases on world-class labels such as Ultra, Repopulate Mars, Under No Illusion, SOLA and Realm. Latest single Ain’t No Stopping is the next step on the road to world domination for this ultra-talented duo.

Ain’t No Stopping is party-starting house cut of the very highest order, with crisp percussion, thunderous low-end and a soaring vocal courtesy of Ola. On the remix, Phonix takes things deeper, with a syncopated synth line and progressive vibes providing a subtly different take on the original.

Versus’s sound is rooted in classic house and rave culture, with tracks ranging from hypnotic warehouse rollers like 2019’s Lick It to soaring mainroom anthems in the vein of 2020’s Afraid in collaboration Dissolut and Nicola Green, all of which have found favour with tastemakers and music fans alike.

More recently their cut Red Light can lay claim as one of the most hyped house tracks of 2021 and was one of the label’s biggest-selling singles ever, while their latest outing on UltraMusic, Dolla Gang, incorporated elements of progressive, tech and classic house to create a full-blooded club cut that called to mind the hedonistic energy of the 90s rave circuit.
