Tell us about your new release on Cookie Beat?
The release is a EP, titled Club House. It is very upbeat and has hella positive vibes and energy. Kinda reminiscent to the 90’s house club scene with a modern tone.
What was the first thing that attracted you to the world of electronic music?
The vibe was the first thing that caught my attention. Very energetic and strong.
Who are your greatest influences?
Masters at Work, Kraftwerk, House 2 House, Mantronix, Todd Terry and Art of Noise. There are more but they were the ones that sparked it up for me.
How would you define your sound?
Universal, edgy, melodic, soulful, rough at times and a little abstract. There is a method to the madness.
How has your sound evolved so far?
Wow, great question. It has definitely been a process that brought about progress with my sound. I am pleased with the music but the music is not just for me, it is for you the listeners to rock out and vibe to. If it sounds dope to you all then the sound must be on point.
What is the scene like in New Jersey at the moment?
Honestly, I have not been clubbing lately due to covid, family life and the studio. But I am confident that the scene is lively as ever.
What else can we expect from you over the next year?
More music on deck, definitely be on the lookout for the tunes. I have three singles line up for release after the Club House EP. Yeah, I see the year being a busy one.
